new ecu plugs?

hey everyone, I've tried Google an searching forums but it seems im just chasing my tail here so to save abit of time i thought I'd ask if anyone knows where to get ecu plugs and pins, or who makes them tyco? Trying to source for an Evo 8 ecu btw

i've only been able to find the ecu pcb side plugs

I just reuse 2nd hand ones.
But I solder the connecters rather than recrimp them.

Can get the plugs from other mitsi. Maybe magna etc

Do you have a spare E1-3/GSR loom? use the plugs off that then score the 4th OBD2 port plug?

yea thats sort of the last resort jack, kinda hoping that i can avoid a adapter harness an just cut the loom an re-pin a new plug, nice clean an stock looking, oh do you mean get a 2nd hand plug an buy new pins, thats what i might do this w/e go hunt 1 down

na different plug Dre, mines a 8 ecu, same plug as the link above has

maybe a bit late but I got my evo 9 plugs and pins from digi key in usa, 3 days postage and all up it was cheap.

I may have found an alternative to hacking and evo loom check out Toyota hi ace ecu plugs. They seem to have the evo 8 matching plugs and a patch loom to body loom. I will investigate further. as I have these looms and ecu sitting around
