New 'Global Discussion' forum

As more and more visitors to the forum come from outside of Australia (29%) I decided to make some room for them and open a new forum: Global Discussion Existing regional forums were all grouped under 'Australia' - you can still get to them with one click from the main page.

Yep, something we've been talking about for a while now. It's great to get a different perspective on how to modify cars (perfect example is this forum vs galantvr4.org), and if we can get a few people to hang around a bit more by having this Worldwide section, all the better!
