New key?

I have a personal imported evo 6 and it only came with 1 key? now i want to get another has any one gone to get a new key from a dealership for a import car?

over here i took my key into a key cutter and had a new one cut,can you not do the same over there?

Sorry but what are you asking? Is it that hard for YOU to go into a Mitsubishi dealership and ask for a blank key, they will either tell you that they can get it or they can't!

well i have a evo 6 and my key also has a chip inside the head of the key to open and close the doors now

when i worked on honda cars with the chip inisde it had to be reprogramed to suit the car and re coded and so forth

if it was just a blank key i would have done that already dont you think??

if you had of mentioned it has a chip in there in the first place we may not have offered solutions,i left my crystal ball at work today
