New rims, new look

Hey guys, ended up spotting these Hiro rims on ebay for a really good price without tyres. Always wanted to step up to 18's to fill out the guard a little more, and I thought the style would suit my HSG well. Plus they are a little wider with a good offset (18x8 +32 v 17x7.5 +38 my old E5 rims) so they sit just flush with our wide guard.
Chased up some good used Potenza tyres and ended up having them fitted for $750 all up :thumbsup:
Love the new look, only thing i might do is PC them charcoal or dark bronze later on down the line....but for now, I'm happy with the white.

If anyone wants my old OZ E5's I'm selling for $400 (check gumtree for full ad)....average tyres and the rims themselves are about a 6/10 overall condition.

They look good.
Personally don't like white rims on my car, too hard to keep clean. The closer they are to brake dust grey in colour the better imo.

So my vote is for charcoal

Cheers guys, yeah white is already doing my head in lol. They will NEVER look clean, and truth be told, they're so bright when they are freshly cleaned that I kinda C$NT wait until they're all dirty anyway.
And as much as I'd like to lower it, I don't want to muck around with the suspension as I like the ride as it is....

As for keeping them clean, a quick wash once 7-10 days is enough for me.

I like the look of white against black personally, but as had been said cleaning would be a Bi&%h! I suppose it depends how anal you are about cleaning, some people find it therapeutic, especially when the significant other is on the war path.
I think they will look good no matter what colour you choose.
