Hey guys, names Kane.

Live in Sydney and am 21.

Recently got my hands on a '93 GSR Lancer with the baby 4G93T.

Spent most of my days around Nissans in both FWD and RWD varients (N13/N14 Pulsars and R32/R33 Skylines).

Also first car with 4wd.

Car is fairly stock, only just got my hands on a stock airbox to rid of the dreadful pod filter.

Car has a JDM Vr4 td05 and currently has a 3" turbo back exhaust that has seen better days. Am in the process of replacing it with a 3" Turbo to Cat, 3" Cat, then 2.5 to the muffler.

Has the nicely hidden EIII intercooler and piping.

It also has EIII side skirts and has had a fresh spray in white.

It lowered and has EIII front brakes.

I plan to work on the suspension and interior before moving to the motor.

very nice mate - i like the stock gsr front bar with side skirt look.. rear pods would set it off nicely..

looks great mate!

how do you like it compared to the nissans?

why didn't you like the pod filter?

howcome you're going for a 2.5" pipe from the cat to the rear? why not just got 3" all the way?

Well I used to own HVNSNT, a 328kw N13 Pulsar, and my R33 was putting out 180kw in its daily tune. So this is a little more tame but its good on fuel and I can have some fun in it.

Reason I didnt like the pod is because the stock layout puts the pod in the middle of the bay not in the front like many other cars. So I'd rather use a direct feed into the stock box and use a k+n panel filter which I am doing now.

With the exhaust, 3" after the middle of the car is overkil for what I want to achieve. 2.5" is suffient enough and I don't want it too loud.

Both are less "defectable" items :)
