"From November, motorcyclists will be banned from carrying pillion passengers aged under eight.
It will also be illegal to overtake or carry out U-turns across single unbroken dividing lines"

Probably not major rules worth worrying over, but thought I'd mention them anyway.

Ive often driven with my phone in my lap on loudspeaker. If that's what this law is referring to then it's good to know the changes. Thanks squiddy!

Oh sh&T! I completely forgot about that. I do that all the time. God damn government... Is it just me or theyre getting worse with all these bannings and regulations? With all the good things like fireworks, guns, high powered cars, alcohol etc etc.....
