New wheels??

Thinking about getting a new set of rims for the GTi, been considering going down to a 16" for a while now.
Looking at Rota Slipstreams in matte black 16x7.
Don't need to spend the money, the Mrs is already kicking the rods out and to be honest it's probably just boredom, but wanted to get some opinions.

Too Honda/Tuner?

Yea they look cool, Rota grid classics are also a nice rim imo

Yeah I was looking at the Grids, but they seem like more of a common style, I think the Slipstreams look a bit tougher.

Just not sure I can justify the cost at this point.

Nah thanks, looking to go smaller if anything. Currently running 17 x 7.5 but want to go thicker rubber.
