Daylesford would be best Melb -> ballarat, off at the daylesford/maryborough exit about 15km before ballarat in via east side. Take the north exit outta daylseford for wood end and go thru kyneton towards lancefield and come out on the hume just north of melb.

Fucking mad roads.
