what will be the ideal size for fitting oil cooler on this cars?

What are you planning to do? What are you running.
The 4G61 didn't come with an oil cooler.
Here in Europe the C77A 1.8 8valve and C58A/C68A 1.8 16valve did come with an oil cooler as standard.
Both the 4G37 and 4G67 engine's used the same oil cooler in the Colt/Lancer.
I figure the stock size oil cooler for the 4G37 and 4G67 engine will do just fine for a 4G61 and 4G63 engine in a Cyborg.
I haven't measured it. But I do have a foto of it on my C77A Lancer.
On the lower front bar.
If you can get a hold of one for a C58A/C68A with the pipework it would be a bolt on solution.

yah i been seeing that kind of oil cooler on cyborg but there other that are mounted on the side where there are airflow holes on the cyborg bumpers.
would a 1.5 12V Colt also would benefit from this oil cooler?

I have also a 1.5 12v Colt myself.
The 1.5 12v didn't come with an oil cooler.
Therefore I don't think you'll need an oil cooler if you're running it stock.
You don't want to cool your oil too much. It has to be in balance. They'll have thought of that when they designed the engine setup.
Perhaps it'll be a different story when you go to turbo it or something.
I only blew out my headgasket once. But that was when I was driving over 180 km/h on the speedo for more than 20 minutes. The official factory top speed is 160.
My engine is bone stock.
For the rest the 4G15 engine has proven to me pretty much indestructable.
I have more problems with the 4G37 engine in my Lancer.

good to here that as I have also those 1.5 12V saloon.
on your 4g37 that has those oil coolers how many liters did you add in oil compare to 1.5 w/o coolers?
do you think adding an oil cooler to the 4G15 will be of somewhat negative in terms of performance and reliability?
but not to a point of over cooling the engine.

The 4G37 needs 4 litres of oil.
The 4G15 needs 3 or 3,5 litres i'm not sure at this moment.
But those are 2 completely different engines. The 4G15 is an Orion sereis engine and the 4G37 is a Saturn series engine.
I don't think the oil cooler holds 1 litre of oil.
I honestly can not tell. Because I don't have material to compare it to.
I can imagine there is a bit more resistance in the circuit because you make it longer and twistier because you feed it through an extra radiator.

yes, I am considering adding one. and will put it at the bottom of the passengers headlight where there is an air dam holes on the cyborg bumpers

I still didn't read the reason why you want to add an oil cooler to your 1.5 12v.
If you keep it stock for the rest I only think it will reduce reliability due to oil that doesn't reach the right temperature.
So if you keep it stock just save you the money and let it go.

my reason is minimize the temp inside the engine bay.
im planning on putting it on car that is in a tropical country like the phillipines w/c is very hot like malaysia.
I believe that oil coolers comes standard on Cyborg released on UK

I thought there were more Mirage's running around in Malaysia and the Phillipines how have they done it?
If it's getting too hot it must be a more common problem.
Here in Europe we didn't have the Mirage. It is called the Colt. The Cyborg with the 1.6 Turbo engine we didn't have either.
The fastest version was the C58A Colt GTi 1.8 16v with 4G67 engine.
That version had an oil cooler. Unlike the Mirage Cyborg which didn't have one.
If you're going for an oil cooler I would take the standard oil cooler size. Like on my Lancer.
And install meters to watch the pressure and temperature that they don't get too low.
