Eh. Hoon is a label applied to anyone speeding, whether its 6 or 60kms over the limit.

Just to put this in perspective this bloke was born in 1920.

I thought the oldest "real" hoon driver was the guy at The Club Hotel in FTG who ripped a fat line in the carpark? I was working that night there and he was 3 or 4 times over the limit from memory, ripped a massive burnout and then had the fire engines called because they thought the hotel was on fire...
