All this info is assuming you running a stock turbo, but you name says 4g94, whats your setup, we need some info!
Are you internally or externally gated and what turbo i could be boost creep up top depending on the size of the turo and if the wastegate setup you running can bypass enough air to prevent boost from rising?

If it happend as soon as the turob comes on boost (not getting higher in the rev range)
Sounds like your free boosting as the internal gat isn’t opening and controlling boost. Have you hooked up a boost controller recently, possibly wrong?
Check the lines to the wastegate actuator, if they are split the actuator wont receive pressure and open the gate. Put some pressure in them and see if there a leak or replace then anyway with some new vac line or even the right size fuel line as that is reinforced less likely to split.
Also check the actuator is working properly, pull the line off and fill it with some compressed air and see if the arm moves freely back and forward, can do this also by putting air through the line to it that you pull of you intercooler pipe. The diaphragm, inside could be popped. It should move that arm around 7-10psi (i don’t know the stock pressure for a gsr gate off my head) so you won’t need much.

Don’t keep letting it happen or you'll end up with a hole in you block from running lean and detonation! When you test for it after doing a few things slowly roll on throttle in 3rd on the freeway and control the boost with how much you roll on accelerating. Don’t just mash it.

Yeah ive been through all of these avenues already my car is only running a stock turbo with a internal gate have applied the actuator and it seems to move and hold fine the internal gate moves freely the boost however will hold perfectly in 1st however from 2nd onwards i have my problems i did have a boost controller on it but removed it when this started the car only has front mount and 3 inch exhaust now

Does it overboost as soon as the turbo comes on boost low in the rev range, or does it climb up the top of the rev range increasing with rpm?

Is the problem worse in the higher gears (higher load)

I have no spool the boost is just instantly there 10 psi nd the more i load it up the more boost i have to the point where it runs lean and breaks up

on a GSR...4g93 there is a small pipe that comes from the main outlet of the turbo. this is where the boost pressure is usually picked up to supply to the actuator. it is possible that small tube is kinked or blocked. they are very easily damaged so check it out

do you have an aftermarket dump pipe? if it isant done properly it wont allow the waste gate to open all the way the will cause your problems. also if your turbo to dump gasket isant lined up properly.

Trust me man im about ready to torch it aye its just one thing after another with it might be better to just put a 4g63 in it aye

The 3" exhaust is where to problem begun with. The internal wastegate of the TD04 doesn't flow much and the reduced backpressure makes exhaust gasses flow through the turbine wheel instead of the wastegate.

Either port the wastegate or get an external one.

I've had the same thing happen to my TD04. I was on 1.5bar of boost instead of the supposed 0.7  Went like a rocket though :p

I had a 3 inch exhaust from turbo back on my 4g93t also and never had these problems.... I think that the massive cracks in Aarons exhaust housing may have a GREAT deal to do with his problems......??
Post some pics of your cracks Aaron??? Lol....

In my case it happend after using not exhaust after the dump-pipe whatsoever. But I've read on 4G93t.net that it was a common issue, I might be mistaken ofcourse.

This might help out.
