Are you sure the turbosmart 38mm wastegates original?
I ask as they were selling on ebay for two distinct price brackets..... around 500 (and other online sellers), then there are a lot of others in the 200-250 price range, that are fakes.

As you can well understand we need to be sure that any products that are being sold as "genuine" are just that and not a cheap fake from Thailand etc...
Just saying " they are genuine" doesn't cut it for me... Sorry but I need real proof.

I have no problem with non genuine products being sold as long as they are advertised accordingly so potential clients can make an informed decision as to whether to risk a copy or go and find the real thing.

It just seems funny to me that, considering Turbosmart is made her in Australia, all the 38mm Wastegates coming from Thailand and Malaysia are $200-250AUD, yet all the ones coming from australia are all 450-500.

But you can sell me one for 260?

I sent these sellers on ebay an email asking if they were 100% genuine or fake and they said in some translated message that they have an internal link to the company, that they are seconds but work fine and only the boxes are damaged or not right. Which sounds like 100% untrue.

I have a ZOOM magazine sitting in my room with an article on Turbosmart and they said that they are having a problem with cheap fakes from Asian countries.

Do you now see how i question how you can sell and product back to us in Australia, that is so cheap, made here and the Aussie dollar is so strong at the moment.

Also exactly how long is the cable supplies with them please?

You are in NZ yes? I only ask because your business name is traced back to an address in Malaysia which threw up a LOT of red flags for me with respect to counterfeit parts and when I noticed the fake OMP and MOMO wheels that you are selling things began adding up.

The very easiest way for you to confirm that these are all geniune would be to post up scanned copies of your invoices from genuine suppliers for each item ( with your buy prices removed of course! )
