Pic attachment issue

Been trying to upload pics for my members ride thread fo the last half hour...each time the upload screen has gone blank ??? Never happened to me before can someone check and see if it happens to them.

Are you using the 'manage attachments' function?
works fine for me.
Otherwise try hosting the images externally on photobucket.com or imageshack and linking them.

yea been using the manage attachment option. Still doing the same thing. Tried using mozilla instead but still does it, upload screen just goes blank. Never used photobucket or imageshack but ill give it a go

So when you click on "manage attachments" the screen goes blank?

I'd say you have a popup blocker installed. If it's doing it within both IE and Mozilla it's probably some sort of software firewall you have on your machine. Are you running a firewall/virus scanner?

yea we have norton...the manage attachment window opens i upload a pic then when it finishes uploading it just goes blank...its never happened before

Hmm ok.

Sounds like possibly the page is timing out on you. Do you have a slow/fast connection?

we have broadband...now when i try use it the window opens blank then it appears but still goes blank when it uploads....:blink:

Try clearing your Temporary Internet files/cookies/etc. Turn off any popup blockers etc. Give it a reboot then try again.
