Pics of... stock vr4 throttle body elbow, vs larger evo 0 vr4 item.

Just though id put up pics of a standard throttle body elbow off my vr4 (87 j-spec) which i believe most vr4's run.
Verses one off an evo 0 vr4. Some people say the standard elbow is quite a restiction put there on purpose by mitsi. Other say no.
My stock on is 40mm ID at the oppening, the evo 0 one is 49mm. Plus look at the kink. Might help people when looking at possible restrictions. No wonder you can buy after market ones.

Guy reckons 2" (52mm) t/b is stock for JDM vr4
thoughts? Is the ADM t/b even smaller again?

The guys stoned. He got a nonstandard one on his "stock" car and is convinced.

Changed this on mine also. I just explain to people that ask - the standard elbow fits INSIDE the evo0 one =P

Makes a difference on it's own, but would be better accompanied by the larger IC piping as well... which I have yet to do.

The scariest part is the noticeable difference it makes on its own.

The meek elbow is better again.
