This is a brand new race proven aluminum intake manifold for a 4G63 EVO 1-3. This manifold is made of hi-quality aluminum and is excellent quality. This plenum is bigger than the early one they made. The plenum has a capacity of handling 600 HP+ and can reliable handle boost of 3 bar. The runners have bellmouths and the welding is excellent.
It comes with a 75mm billet throttle body that the standard TPS fits onto. If you are looking for a reasonable priced intake manifold with top quality, this intake manifold can not be overlooked.
this was on eBay from Thailand, not China and didn't specify we wanted one for a VR4, so I want to sell this instead of returning it so I can order the correct one. $800 plus postage.

Its a KU Engineering intake manifold
The throttle body is very similar to mine. That one doesnt have the idle stepper adapter on the bottom of it which is good to see as I had nothing but problems with mine

I've seen good and bad ones.

This one I believe (if anything like to4garrets) is a good one.

The 10 sec VR4 i purchased has one of these on it also.
