i'm guessing the difference between a small16g and a big16g?.. if so the big16 will push more hp out of it, but it doesnt necessarly mean it will be quicker..

if ur comparing two physical turbos & one doesnt have the 'h' on it, if be doing some serial number inquiries to assertain who accually made the turbo,

but yer, if ur just talkin in general, ppl are just lazy h or no h is the same thing
