Got booked doing 146kph in 110 zone, when i was only doing 110!!!

Faulty radar! My expert witness has analyzed the in car footage and found the radar was faulty!

Justice says i should win, but of course i am guilty until proven innocent!

Love the justice system here in Aus... corrupt!

Good Luck with it, See if you can find out when the radar gun was last tested/calibrated. "Supposedly" They are calibrated regularly, and "Supposedly" if its not calibrated at X interval, fine should be dismissible without question.

Also, state your clean driving record etc etc etc.

We'll i have subpeona'd the police for the footage, and its obvious i was not speeding. Will be interesting to find out if the judge is corrupt or not. I have a radar expert witness who can confirm the radar was not used correctly and was faulty so unless the judge is corrupt i will be cleared of any wrong doing. Will post result after the case, including the inc ar footage and expert witness statement.

There's a mobile speed camera almost always parked along seaford road towards the freeway if you coming from macdonalds and dominoes etc.. THINK it caught me the other night... just waiting to see atm
