Here are some pictures of the powder coating process:

step 1,
- paint strip item / bead blast item

step 2,
- polish / prep (include sanding, repairs, clean up the surface)

step 3,
- powder coat / bake

The work he does is immaculate!
I will have a few bits comming back from him next week.
Will be posting them up as examples and possibly selling, ie rocker covers.
