power fc question

does anyone know if the power fc for a e6.5 is the same as the one for the e5?

but there is one available for the 6

again, not sure if the one for the 6 works in the 6.5
the reason for that is because i know the 8 doesnt work in the 8.5(mr)

speak to racepace/racingline/ice performance/protek about it

From what I remember from when I bought mine Im pretty certain that it wont work. There is a Power FC model no. for every Evo.

hand controller is a must, although in saying that i hardly ever use it...

only some models have been discontinued, http://www.greenline.jp/news/2006-11PowerFC.php so you should still be able to order one...

You dont HAVE to have a hand control.. My tuner uses the laptop software to tune, you should see if you can find a tuner in your area that has the laptop software for tuning or their own hand control to tune it with. The hand control is not needed for you to actually drive the car, only for tuning if you dont tune via laptop.. Or if you wanna use it for logging/guages

I have a car with Power FC and have NEVER used the hand control

its like buying a wolf without the display/dash


it tells you everything that is going on with the engine

or if youre in a rural area and need to put in penis fuel you can run less timing all across the map

or you can change the idle whenever you want, or change the rev limit if someone else is driving, or set the rev limit to 2000rpm when you park the car somewhere
