How many of you guys have serviced your power windows?

What exactly did you do? What type of lubricant did you use, and where did you apply it?

I'm going to do it in the next week or so.

Electrical contact spray and Ive taken them apart and cleaned them and reassembled, so far around 90% success rate with the 10% being a compeate waste of time

Which parts did you take apart? The motor off the regulator?

Did you need to clean any of the rubbers? Lube the tracks?

I just don't want to lube the wrong spots, so every time I put the window down, it doesn't come back up with **** all over it.

Isnt it just normal lithium greaseinside the cogs of the motor? thats what its looked like to me before but I could be wrong. Not too sure about what you stick inside the actual slides though to make the window slide more easily through the door's window frame.

Silicon spray on the window rubbers is fine. You could put a small amount of grease on the reg tracks, as for the actual motor, it is a sealed assembly, no servicing required.
