Pre-meet for Heathcote Drag Day - Northern Suburbs

These are the details for the northern/eastern/western/whoevas pre meet, and here are the details!

MEET:
Mc Donalds Fawkner, Sydney Rd, Fawkner- near the Sydney Rd and Western Ring Rd junction
Saturday the 10th of November 2007
Meet 8am depart 8.30 SHARP

Its important (if you're racing especially) to have enough fuel for the drive up, which is 100km away from where we're meeting. Please be aware that we WILL NOT be stopping on the way up- so please, be prepared.

Lets make this a day to remember, and not forget. We will be travelling up the hume hwy to heathcote, so please be aware there are speed cameras and the road is often frequented by members of the Victoria police, so please- don't be silly- lets save it for the track!!

Don't forget for those who are racing, that long sleaved clothes are required, as are helmets.

Bring drinks/food as required by who you are coming with- we will be bringing a BBQ on the day if you wanna hook it up.

one questions , if both meets are leaving at 8.30 , then they are not meeting up at any stage before the event. is that right. why doesnt the se meet leave at 8.00 to meet the north meet at 8.30 then leave together

Its a whole lot easier if we meet at the one arranged, so we can make an easy left turn straight onto the FWY.


Why would you wanna meet down the road? More traffic lights= less of us sticking together, plus the one arranged has a decent sized carpark!!
