hey guys im up in qld (surfers) for a holiday, where do all the gsr's/evo's cruise to?? ive kept an eye out but havnt seen any. im dissapointed, all i have been seeing is skylines and rexi's.

tell me, where is everyone? lol

there all in melbourne and sydney, only vr4s up here and most of those are off the road...

so you need to organise something with someone if you want to cruise!

but yes there are plenty of gsr/evos up here but all the good ones are owned by old farts.

I've only ever been on 2 cruises, one of them was cut short by a small mechanical issue :wink: , the other was boring as bat shit until we got lost and ended up on dirt roads in a state forest :twisted:

depends how long he is up this end for! could go up beachmont thats quick short and you can get a drink at either end.

I could even squeeze that in sunday morning!

roads are average but you should be used to that! could be some traffic around being sunday.

it's just down the coast? you can get there from beenleigh or nerang/southport

and it's just like nebo there is nothing at the top worth looking at!

as far as the fuel goes i get a healthy 350 ks out of 50 ltrs i'll have you know!! :roll:

i own a yellow gsr


i did see a yellow gsr on broadbeach at a suspension joint, black bonnet no pods just a rear skirt evo 3 side skirts evo 2 front bar. look tough to say the least. anyones on the forum? i had to take a pic of it as im looking to get the same sorta look for my car (black rims, black bonnt)

anyway unfortunatly due to no internet, i havnt been able to check the forums untill now, and im back in melbourne. it was a fantastic holiday though!!!

I normally out and about on Saturday nights on the gold coast this saturday just gone was the Evo dyno day at chiptorgue organized by another site i went by to have a look then went home didn't bother going for a cruise probs be out next weekend.

it has made 310kws on pump at hi-boost

i think most of these guys are scared to drive there car a distance from home. The hills dont come to you. you go to the hills! even if it does take 2 tanks or fuel. :?
