Quad turbo 4G63 evo

Sources say that it was built just to show what can be done, it hasnt been installed or run or anything. So will this setup be any good for power in the long run, like can this make 400hp or more with these small, turbos.

i like.. very neat and a cop would never know what it was if you put a heat shield over the turbos cos it would look like just normal headers

i'm pritty sure quad turbos will fit in my engine bay but i think twins are enough for now consiering it hasnt been done yet..... and if i cbf enough lol
