So this is what im going to try and achieve.
What i have so far is:
4g63 VR4 motor
Microtech ECU
stock evo FMIC and stock piping
oil cooler
TD05 20G
510cc injectors
Aftermarket Bosch fuel pump

Now, im going to get 750cc injectors unless someone else reckons i can use the 510's.
What else am i needing to make the 11.5 quarter?
FPR?
thanks in advance guys

I'd prob look at a bigger Turbo some cams and running e85. The mods you have mentioned so far are only good for mid 12s

i'd skip the 750's got straight to 1000+ and run e85. with a good tune you've got ~300kw to play with and rob or mikey is running something similar (on 98 i think) around the 11 second mark with that amount of power

TOY20T (TOYGSR) did a 11.7 with a stock 4G63 internally. bolt ons were 1000cc injectors, GT35R, 6boost manifold and a microtech ECU controlling it at about 24psi. I wouldnt recommend doing this without forgies though obviously. It made about 315kw atw on a dyno. Mind you, it had a full leather interior, big chrome heavy mags, stereo and full street trim. Reckon it had 1400kg weight in it lol.
Dont look at my car as an example lol. At the time it was only making about 210kw atw on a road tune to get a 12.5 with fuk all pull from around 140kmh+ up lol
If you want an 11.5, you should be aiming for a 250kw atw setup as a minimum. And yes, a GSR 1.8T making that amount of power will get an 11.5 too.

Rickii, the setup u said above is similar to mine, except I have a TD06 20G and ran 510cc inj through a Haltech, I ran a 12.5 on 15psi, 182kw

thanks for the quick post guys!
I really want to do just bolt ons and not touch the motor internally. I dont have chromies so thats a weight saver i guess? lol She's running Oz 15s with stock interior and a small sub so weight is close to standard.
so the 20g is no good? i think from the GT pumps site, the 20g is pushing it at 250kw atw?

I went with the 20g ran 12.4 at 109mph in all honesty check out the forced performance range of turbos you should get something that will flow more then the 20g and come on a lot harder

FP have just released a Green, Red and a Black with 8cm housing for 4g63t....The thread has turned into a shit fight at the moment but definitely keen to see some results. .
Maybe a black will get you where you wanna be Rickii see what comes out of that thread above ?

DONT GO A BLACK!!!! seen it on an evo 7 out here and its laggy as all helll. she hates it and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. the green seems to be a tad bigger than a 20g.

go the red. mate of mine has one on his evo8 at work and made 250kw on 98oct (22psi), 280kw on eflex. (25psi)

i ran a 12.5 at 118mph with my 20g . 22psi with eflex. no idea what power tho. full street trim, tools and all my gear incase i broke something.

It's do able on the TD05H 20G, but you'll have to pump a fair whack of boost into it. A TD06SL2 20G would go well, especially on E85. If you go E85 you fuel system will need amakeover though.

With your current setup add some ID1000s, 1.5bar+, a pretty agressive tune on the Microtech and some good launches should net you mid-high 11s with around 240-250kW ATW. Clutch and tyres will be key here too.

Yeah next size up from 20G should be good. Way back in Todd's GSR NFORCA days, a Steve Murch built 22G (TD06/TD05 hybrid) got his 4G93T to an 11.54 quarter mile pass and that was 10 years ago.
I bought that turbo from Todd for my own car, but with a change of plans I ended up selling it to Joey (EVLJOE) for his Satria.
Joey ran a 10.9x in it and still reckons its the best street turbo he's ever used lol. Im pretty sure he still has it on the parts shelf as a trophy turbo :)

Haha yeah, Murch loves his backcut TD05Hs. To the best of my knowledge what he calls a "22G" is a Garrett TO4E 50 trim, which is also what FP used in their original Green (allbeit coupled with a TD06 turbine). From memory Todd had pretty much bang on 250kW with that setup too.
