brake sizes i dunno but gsr and protons are both single pistons and evos are twin

bigger single piston as opposed to the stocker lancer... gsr and gti are the same caliper im sure

evo 1-3 - 276mm disks from factory
gsr - 266mm disk from factory

CC GSR - Single Piston, 265mm discs (hopefully i havent confused this with 256mm arghh)

EVO 1,2,3 - Twin Piston, 276mm discs, and a bigger brake booster than GSR , see here:

Note: most people who change their front brakes from GSR to Evo dont change the brake booster.. i didnt change mine to an evo one and it stops beautifully

from what I have been told by everyone who has done the evo front brake conversion on a GSR, the GSR and EVO rear brakes are the same and are both single piston so no need to change anything

same on rear

both run the same calipers with a 260mm solid rear disk

so if u go from gsr fronts to evo fronts with the evo master cylinder, can u put the gsr fronts on the rear? coz the disc is bigger.

Once you have twin piston brakes on the front, with good pads, the rear of your car can become very light on hard braking so bigger calipers on the rear would most likely be a bad idea
