Hey Guys.

Not 100% sure if this is the right area to post but its more toward a vr4 than cb lancer.

Im currently doing a engine conversion to my Cb Lancer that had carby 4g15. So far Ive done all the work myself Ive installed a 4g63t vr4 motor (Some guy said its a evo 0 motor but I dont know if it is or not). Anyway its pretty much all installed and hooked up in the engine bay and Im just working on the wiring side and I cant work out what these 4 other connectors are that come off the main engine wiring loom

Here is a pic of them they come off before the 3 ones that plug into the ecu.

If anyone can help with what they are/goto. that would help heaps. Ive downloaded the electrical pdf from up the top but Its abit hard to follow. compaired to the other diagrams I have for my lancer from the haynes manual.

basically what Im after Is the wires that supply the ecu with power and ign etc.

Thanks
Grant

The extra 3 x yellow plugs are for an Automatic Transmission computer. If you're running a manual transmission then you're pretty much screwed unless you can get an autoeleccy to sort it all out (it'll cost ya though). You would be heaps better off with the manual transmission engine loom.

ah I see that sucks was going so well too!.

I was given this loom with the engine, The fella never stated that it was for auto.

Thanks Mate for the info, Now I have to track down a manual loom

I've got a VR4 EVO 0 manual engine loom if you want it. Check your thread in the for sale/wanted section.

Those yellow plugs look exactly the same as my VR4 ecu plugs. Same difference in size and all :)
I'm not too sure on the white plug though? ( pic is from vfaq )

yeah, they look just like the ones that plug into the ecu but the loom splits 3 times.

1 - 3 ecu plugs
2 - These 4 plugs
3 - 2 more white plugs
