Must have tripped some wiring and now radiator fan stays on when key is on ignition,i tried disconnecting the coolant sensor and thermo switch also bridged the thermo switch but it stays on no matter what? Also switched the radiator fan relay with headlight relay and still on?

Unplug fan relay, does that stop fan?
If not, the green/black wire is shorted to earth somewhere. Sounds like you have sensor controlled fans (not ecu controlled) so the green/black wire runs from the trigger side of relay, down to radiator switch. When switch heats up, it closes and power runs to earth and triggers the relay to run fan.

Not quite correct above.
unplug relay should stop fan. No reason it wont.

Swap another relay in (as you have).
Fan stops- bad relay.
Fan still goes- issues in the green/black wire.
(When the green/black wire is grounded by ecu or radiator sender, the fans run.)

Disconnect radiator sender that has the green/black wire. (Or check ecu pinout and depin fan wire from ecu)
Fan runs- short to earth between relay base and sender on radiator (or ecu- if ecu controlled, there is another plug on chassis rail under master cylinder- this plug has the fan wire in if ecu controlled)
fan stops- likely a bad sendor.

let me know how you go.

wait.. do both fans run? meaning front (A/C) and back fan running?

VR4's have an over heat back up switch set to around 105deg on the thermostat housing (there should be 2 look alike temp switches, one on front and back of themostat housing closes to the head), one is the Temp gauge, one is an over heat switch). It may have tripped, forcing the fan to stay on. Rear fan has a high and low relay, may also be attached to your air con relay's. Leave the car in Ignition with the engine not running, take all the relay's regarding the fan out, then re-install one at a time.....

Months later i finally decided to fix this problem, ejackulator was right it ended up being the black/green wire had been rubbing on the chassis causing my fans to stay on. Had to rip off alot of electrical tape to find it
