Re-fitting of standard boost controller

Hey Guys,

I have reason to refit the standard controller to my 1991 VR4.

It is aus delivery.

I really need some help with this one.
If someone could provide step-by-step of the refit or a standard setup, that would be great.

Nah, I got the engine rebuilt and condition of the warranty is that standard parts go back on the car

It is lame!

I have to drive it, so I am willing to try the hard way if it leads to a better/reliable install.

BTW: Now the car will only boost to 8 psi...I thought stock boost levels were around 11 psi

Any tricks to getting this back up around 11?

8psi sounds about right on a dead stock car, a 3" zorst off the turbo and a KnN should push it up to around 10

Mine is 7, but is occasionally more like 9. Depends on temperature too.

Have you pulled the restrictor out of the boost control solenoid yet?
This alone will gain you a couple of extra sneaky pounds
