Never ever ever ever ever even waste your time with a silcone/gasket/sealnt type product when doing your water pump on a 4G63...

Heres a hint..they never seal..this stupid block Needs the mitsubishi paper gasket.

try prove me wrong and will end up with the ***** many a time..

most aftermarket waterpumps come with a new gasket and then you use a aviation gasket sealant on it and it works a treat

but when you F*ck up and wreck the first gasket..and cant get another one........

very good ****, i was gonna get some more gasket stuff, but i have a hylomar spray for my head gasket which is fine for intake and other various gaskets as well, have fun with it... get a brush if you don't already have one to brush it on
