Rear suspension

Ok my rear upper control arms and rear trailing arm
The ball joint is stuffed on them
Can they be pressed out ?
Or will I require new arms ? If so can I put any arms from 5 -9 in or ?

They would be an awesome upgrade over the stock ones! Nice find dre..might put them in my 5 too.
