rear trailing arm bushes

guys, how hard is it to change these buggers?
mine need replaceing and just wondering if i should
give it a go, or just take it to my mechanic.

depends how much car knowledge you have?
do you have a press available?

its not a hard swap if you can do most things mechanically.. but if you havent done it before i wouldnt recommend it cos you could probably do more harm then good.

i did mine with the help of a frield who has a press..

like Jon said its not to hard, but if you dont know what your doing it could be bad.

id be happy to post up how we did it, as i found the hardest bit getting the old ones out..
