yes, they are captive rotors on a CB and it is quite an involved job to change them.
Personally, i recommended doing a floating disk conversation. if you google hard enough you should find a thread where i show you how.
to change the the rotor, you need to remove the whole hub assembly from the strut and lower control arm, remove the drive shaft (and stub) from the hub, and use a shop press to separate the hub stub from the carrier. you would be in a good position to replace the wheel bearings at the same time.
its a big job, i find it easier to remove a gearbox hahahaha
