retiring an evo from rallying

A freind of mine has an evo 2 that has has rallied for a loooong time. the shell is now dead and he has moved on to an evo 7.

all of the body parts are are well fubar! yep dont even bother with body parts but most mechaicals with the exception of the bottom end in the engine are pretty good. the head has just been overhauled ....but the bottom end has ceased to function so would probable be best to inspect the head closely before use to make sure it is didnt become oil starved

he wants to sell it whole for 3k however will seperate all parts.

it has a solid cage, autronics, new discs and good pads....proflex front shocks...maybe rears as well but would need to check.

there are bits like "ralliart cams" ...which he bought from race torque over here. what ralliart cams I have no idea. Near new evo2/3 control arms...rear plate lsd...overhauled turbo with restrictor.

it will be pulled apart on the weekend and prices will follow after I have inspected the parts...if you are chasing info...PM

no....It Had rally seats but they are now in his evo seven

I have just gotten off the phone to John, I sent all the numbers that were sent to me, to him. He said he has spoken to most people and has had some responses indicating they would take the whole car. IF the car doesnt sell whole he is now saying he may just hang on to it. That could change at a minutes notice.....

It is out of my hands guys as to his decision....although he was keen to sell last week.
