R34 GTR wheels 18x9 +30. I did use a 5mm slip on spacer at one stage.

Rota GRIDS 18x9.5+20.

just remember when buying rims for your 6, make sure they clear your Brembo's....

18x9.5+20 approx size/offset seems to be the go with the 5 and 6's these days...

Evlgurl - Stevo6 on the evo forum runs 245/35/18's on his rota's (18x9.5 +20). He mentioned that even on full lock it doesn't hit any inner guards. His car is not as low as mine though.

Hiran -
Aggressive style would be 18x9.5 +20.
I'd say flush would be 18x9 +30 (Someone correct me if I'm wrong).
Close to normal would be 18x8.5 +30.

Stock wheels are 17x7.5 +38. So ideally less offset would be better.

My Rota Grids are getting fitted today to my TME.
I've gone for a 255/35R18 as it is close to the same rolling diameter to standard, so shouldn't play up with my speedo or any driveline components.

Nice. I should've done the same. I don't like the look of my stretched 235's on a 9.5" rim.
I'll do this when I get the cash.
Can you please post up picks once it's fitted?

Here are the few pictures I have so far. Really happy with the tyre size.
The rims stuck out a bit so had to put a fair bit of camber on the front to tuck them in a bit.
There is rubbing at the rear a fair bit over bumps.

Thanks so much for the pics Evlgurl. Pics look great...
Now I'm hitting myself for not going with this tyre size...

This site was what made me go with it.
You input standard tyre size at the top, then put in a couple of different sizes you were thinking of & compare the rolling diameter.

E.g.
Standard is 225/45R17 = 24.97 in 634.23 mm
235/35R18 = 25.02 in 635.50 mm

My boss is pretty particular about this sort of thing. So we tried a few different things until we worked out what was best.
This tyre was a lot more pricey than a more common tyre, but overall I think it looks awesome & would'nt have gone another way. :)

handy link, cheers,

Well Im running TE37 215/45/17 on 17x8.5 +30 no rub/no spacers

also had

GTR 34 wheels 235/40/18 18x9 +30 same lowered height, no spacers, but does rub unless you go lower tyre size/profile or just raise it up.
