RVR Service/Electrical manual?

Hello everybody,

Ive followed 4gtuner for a while and finally got around to creating an account today!

My name is Glen, and I am the current owner of what was Shaun's (QIK247) RVR HSG - for those in the know. I have owned it since October 2012 - Purchased from Joe at Xtreme Motorsports - and have found 4gtuner to be the only source of useful info in that time when it comes to finding solutions to my (small) issues.

To get to the point, does anybody know of an English version of a service manual or even just a guide to electrical with these wonderful machines?


I have an auto elec mate helping me figure out wiring after I had both of the stock fans in need of replacing. I initially replaced the engine bay radiator with a spare Davies Craig I had lying around, but had it wired to activate off the front condensor fan - which now broke all its blades. Since then my aircon doesnt appear to be activating at all (which previously worked perfectly) and Im trying to figure out how some of these things are wired up and interact with each other.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The condensor fan is powered by switching the earth wire. Mine is running std with my a/c & I wired it to come on with my davies craig using an adjustable temp switcher.
I also can run my condensor fan with a 20a toggle switch on my dash. I'm near Liverpool if you want to see my setup.
