SAFC 2 Black Edition question...

Hi all i have a little situation and need to know some info about these safc's, i had one and sold it recently, what i wanted to know is that if the extension loom for the safc would be for certain cars or would it be universal?
To be more thorough, the safc 2 has its own loom coming out of the unit say about 30cms long or so from memory, and at the end there is a plug, and there is also a extension loom which is say about 1.5metres long, would that extension work on all turbo cars or would the extension loom need to be altered or would there have to be the right loom for a certain type of car?
Can anyone shed some light on this?

There would be a universal type. The usual Ign, Earth and ECU feeds.
for Example I bought a Black AVCR for my VIII but it was to suit a CP9a Evo VI, the only difference is the wiring diagrams on where to tap into.

What do you need a SAFC for? I thought you have custom chip?
Anyway, The extension loom is to be plugged into the loom on the unit and the wires from the extension loom are to be hooked up to sensors signals to car's ECU except the one for AFM which you have to cut and hook up so it goes into SAFC before it enters the car's ECU
BTW: I've always used map sensor signal instead of TPS. Makes the tuning a lot easier and it gives a lot better results. :thumbsup:

The story is that i sold the SAFC 2 i had,(because i dont need it) to a fella that offered $300 on ebay, and he has turned around a month later saying that he booked his SUPRA in to a workshop and the guys at the shop go to him that its stuffed, the backlight lights up but no display he told me, so i just thought i would try and diagnose if there is a tech problem.
He hasnt got back to me in 2 days after telling him that it was working when i had it.
Anyways thats what my situation is....
Im not planning on refunding as he might have done shifty's with the unit....
