I use the Mitsubishi MLS in mine Adrian but as I mentioned before the head and block MUST be prepped properly first otherwise you are asking for trouble.

yeah its got ARP head studs.
not sure on the head gasket its metal of some sort, i sent you the URL with the scan of my APC invoice didnt i? its not descriptive about brand.

This is the one I'm getting. Is it the same as the one you're using Tim? And did you use sealing compound on your's? If so, hylomar or copper spray?

I'm not sure where the Nippon one comes from. Probably the same factory though!

yeah i think i am going to go with the mitsubishi OEM MLS one like yours tim,
thats what my mechanic is recommending as well, he uses them on most of the motors he has built, so i am going to go with his recommendations.

what do you mean properly prep'd tim???
i am sure it will be done properly just curious as to whats involved.
