Seats that fit CC GSRs?

What options for alternative front seats have I got for a CC GSR?

I've got a spare set of Cordia turbo seats, do these bolt in? The CC GSR seats are generally pretty sloppy!

EVO 1 seats have a slightly more of a suede feel to them, not cloth....

Do you know how low the Evo 1 seats sit compared
to the Aus-spec GSR ones? I'd love to get some Evo 1
seats eventually (love the suede) but not if it means sitting
up high like I'm on a perch.

About a year or so ago I sold JDM GSR seats like these:

The buyer had standard GSR seats...

I was sitting in the passenger seat while he was unbolting the driver seat and swapping it over
Then I got out and he put the passenger seat in and I got back into it.. felt a fair bit lower than the standard GSR seat

the thing was I didn't say anything but he came out and mentionied it sat lower as well

so thats three of us that agree they sit lower

The only good thing about standard seats is its easier to get in and out of the car without stuffing the side bolsters.
other than that id get rid of them. the recaros from JDM GSR/evo1 and evo III that Ive had keep you into place beautifully
i wouldnt go back personally

I think they sit a little higher then standard GSR seats... Kinda feels a little weird at first, but you get use to it.... But, as I have not really had to sit in the car that often (or that long) I have not tried to see if they are adjusted on the lowest setting...... yet ......

I have got E1 seats, the front of the seat holds up your legs and you feel higher, but your arse is more "in" the seat, you get used to it. They are so much more comfy than the GSR seats, I used to get a sore butt on long drives but with these seats I don't even notice...

Yep, got em from a guy out near Penrith ... He gets a lot of Mitsubish parts...

i have jap-spec gsr seats in mine too (same as proton GTi seats, except for the fabric pattern).

Much more comfy than stock seats that for sure :lol: infact i'd say stock gsr seats are about as comfy as GL or GLxi seats :lol:

I take it by Proton seats you mean Satria GTI seats? Are they a bolt in upgrade? Could be a goer ;-)
