Shaved rocker covers with dash fittings

who was it on this forum that used to do the shaved rocker covers with dash fittings for breathers. if anyone can remember the user can you either post up their username or pm me

just a quick tip.

a Hyundai Sonata 2ltr rocker cover comes shaved standard.

edit: lol, i see its mentioned in those links too 8) damn im slow today :lol:
 
just letting you know, the hyundai route is where i went and it cost me over $300 to get it on..

it needs
16x studs from hyundai (specific types)
16x nut caps from hyundai
16x washers
different rocker cover gasket
different spark plug seals
same 1/2 moon gasket

the parts alone from hyundai set me back over 200 dollars

if i could do it again, i wouldn't!! lol
stick with the mitsu's mate...
more availabilty with parts (gaskets u can get aftermarket) and studs make it a bitch to remove and install the cover...

but it does look neat

are you sure?

i used oem mitsu gaskets and redid them and it works perfectly

i dunno if the studs are the same though because i wasnt watching when you installed it the first time
