hey guys,

I have been looking at upgrading for a while, and i have been using my mates to spot out bargains....

an interesting one came up today, and while i dont quite i have the money to get it, it does appear to be a very attractive proposition.

i have been watching the prices on all secondhand cars falling, and recently it looks to be falling very quickly, i realise there are lots of cars advertised forsale on this forum, and if i was to post this deal, i think it makes it harder for the other guys to sell their cars.

i know, my brother has had his car advertised for about 6 months now, and only had 2 little bites, and neither were able to financially close the deal (seems strange when the cars are selling so cheap)

If my situation was different, i'd probably just get this car myself, and be happy with the bargain, but i feel weird about listing it forsale....

from what i can tell, it's not listed anywhere else, the guy who is selling it isn't on any forums.

anyway, i'm interseted to know your opinions, i know there have been topics about cheap cars, and topics about people wanting to upgrade, IMO, i feel it makes it harder to sell something when there are really cheap attractive options on the market.

anyway, it's an evo8, with 84k, with reg, quite cheap IMO, do i list it up as something i have seen or not..?

is this post completey unnecessary? I know i would be frustrated trying to sell my car when others are being flooded into the market so cheap.

put it up....there might be some one out there that can take advantage of the situation.

regards the other cars for sale...I dont think it would affect the sale of an "early" model car as someone looking at an 8 isn't usually considering a GSR or an evo123

I agree, it's no different to posting up an eBay sighting, your not doing anyone out of a sale in my opinion. Any smart buyer considers ALL options before laying down the coin....

+1 - and I just went through selling my GSR when the arse fell out of the market and I lost 1.5K over what I paid for it just over a year ago.

It's called the free market last time I checked :p

Yes, my GSR dropped in value, but thankfully it also means that the Evo 7's I'm looking at have dropped in value comparatively - B) B) B)
