Does this bolt up to the standard EVO1-3 turbine housing Todd? and does it put the turbo in the factory position?

Yep, should of mentioned that. This manifold is Mitsubishi flanged.. ie TD05 etc, and fits turbo in stock location. No other mods necessary to run this.
