Not sure what would be required for a roadworthy, everything works and tyres, brakes etc are good. The only thing that I'm sure would need to be replaced is the windscreen as it has a mark from the wipers.
As for the engine, Vicroads advised that because the GLXI came out with the 1.8 EFI engine all that is required is a written statement from a mechanic or a Mitsubishi dealer stating that the car is safe and ok to have the upgraded engine. No need to get an engineers certificate!!!!
