For Sale: Sachs Madass 125cc motorbike
Price or Offer Range: $2500 ono
Information: Only 6 weeks old, has done 1200km, had its first service today. Has been fitted with upgraded 26mm Mikuni carb and manifold to suit, pod filter, upgraded CDI unit and straight through stainless steel muffler.
Rides very nicely, using only 3 litres of fuel per 100km.
Has a top speed of approximately 95km/h.
I also have another sprocket for it which will increase top speed to about 115-120km/h but reduce accelleration.
Has 10.5 months rego remaining.
New this bike is $2990 + ORC.

Reason for selling? Were the upgrades fitted by the dealer or did you tackle them yourself?

I wouldn't mind something a bit bigger for cruising the freeways on, something that doesn't get blown around by the wind and can do 100km/h easily. That's the only reason, I love it around the normal streets though.

I fitted the upgrades myself. Took about 1.5 hours altogether.
The muffler was done by an exhaust shop.

The 5 litre fuel tank is in the main part of the frame.

I'd like to move this on within the next couple of weeks, I'm planning on riding to Sydney in a few weeks time and would prefer to do it on a bigger bike.
