So i have a 93 CC GSR with a jap spec vr4 conversion. Anyway as most know we have been in the process of rebuilding her with a new roof new paint etc.

The Car is pretty much nearly painted just need front and rear bar done and some clear.

Thing is its pretty much a shell with an engine. No guards no bonnet no nothing you get the picture.

Now i dont know what to do if i should just wreck her which would totally shatter me and my son or try to pain sakenly put her back together?

I have just spent a heap on purchasing genuine evo guards bonnet bar skirts etc and to be honest i dont want to see the car go. She is a very reliable car and has been part of my life the last ten years.

A mate off here recommend me posting for a call out to brissy guys to come give me a hand but i feel a bit weird asking for help.

What should i do ?

I think you should get some of us lazy Brissy guys out to help put it back together again!!
Offers of a bbq or pizza is usually enough to entice us lot out of our caves! :)

perhaps post some pictures of the car in its current state so that people can see the extent of work required........and then they could offer more informed opinions on whether to sell or reassemble.
i, would help you reassemble even if it was a shell.........but I'm in perth.

In all seriousness, most of the guys on here could reassemble the car without a manual perfectly in a weekend.

Buy yourself a bbq and a couple of slabs, call a weekend 4-6 weeks from now and let the brissy guys rally around you. All you have to do is feed them.

TSV guys do this frequently.

What a great thing to see... makes me proud to see some T4G boys putting their hands up to help :) Might be a good idea for someone to go there before the day to suss out and write down a list of what parts are missing/required first.

I am pretty blown away to be honest. I have had another member message me on msn from northside of brisbane as well, just shocked.

I can be found on msn [email protected] for any questions or if anyone is game enough to come and see what needs doing lol.

LJ I'll chat with you tonight if your online and I'll try to get Josh and myself to come and have a look

All to happy to help out if we can :)

 my only problem is my house is about to settle so about to move out but thats still 4 weeks away so yeah until then sunday's work for me

You really need someone to come down to look at the car and work out exactly what needs to be done and if you should be organising to get the remaining parts painted and the car clear coated before the whole team4g group arrives to put the car back together.

How much money do you have left to spend on the car?

Is it still registered?
