Do the people whose cars are being stolen at this carpark have alarms or some kind of security system in them ? Just curious if the thieves are that organised to be able to get past alarms etc... or are they only going for non alarmed cars.

I hope the cops are smart enough to place a decoy car in Westfield now with satellite tracking devices or 24 hr stakeout to follow the crims back to their crib or chop-shop :twisted:

The scary thing is ... That is true ....

The only cops that I have actually found to car about car theft and break ins, was Miranda police...

Not sure if they still do, but if your car is broken into, they will come out and make sure it is fingerprinted... They actually insist that you call them...

My Ex's little excel was broken into out the front of my apartments one night. (luckily the night before we removed 2k worth of medical supplies out of the boot - She was a nurse :shock: )

Called that Police Help line thing to report it, and they basically said there was nothing they could do ... So as one of the punks cut himself on the car, I washed it, and that was that... That night I got a call from Miranda Cops asking what time they could come around to fingerprint... Then they told me about their policy ... Oh well... You live you learn ... lol ...
