strut assembly torques?

hey guys i found a guy who wants to do the suspension swap with me, i have the colt/lancer 92-96 workshop manual with has diagrams depicting the strut assemblies that look identical to the evo's, i'm wondering if the torques for the bolts are the same?

mmm u have to be very 'anal' about following the book if u wanna do them to the same torque,... just do them tight then do a 1/4 turn and it should b plenty!

the body of the car is virtually rust free, can't say much for the rubber bushings though, they all look rotten and cracked
