I am buying a surge tank and am wondering which way to go with the fittings/lines. I am going to use the standard GSR intank pump as the lift pump to the surge tank then a inline pump to the engine bay. I will then run an overflow line back to the main tank. Would it be in my best interests to plumb the return line into the surge tank or leave it the way it is? Is there any hting else I should be doing whilst i'm at it..

Plumb the return line from the fuel rail into your surge tank (second highest fitting) and then return the highest fitting from the surge tank into your tank. This ensures there's always plenty of fuel in the surge tank.
Consider mounting the tank outside your car if you don't want it to smell like fuel..
