There's been a lot of discussion in several forums about the cheapo EBay stainless steel manifolds over time and the overall concencus was to stay away from them because the majority of them crack and break apart, even when braced. You could get one week out of them, you could get 2 years out of them... its a gamble.

Best to go the cast units on American EBay like Turbonetics for example, or stainless units from American made companys only so make sure you find out where they are made first before handing any $$ over (some will brand their manifolds with their own name on them but ultimately if it looks like the EBay units, it is the EBay unit), or go a custom made steampipe manifold from someone in Oz like http://www.6boost.com/ .

Sadly most of the stainless EBay units are cheap Chinese quality that look good but dont offer much in longevity.
