You will be there by 12:30pm or you will not be participating
Cost per head $90
Includes entire afternoons activites, food, drink and random regalia.
I will have a special souvenier for each attendee.
You need to book in groups of THREE. IE It will be $270 per group including lunch/afternoon BBQ at approx 4pm, drinks (BYO Alcohol and don't turn up pissed or again you won't be participating) and including the special item for being a part of it.
I will be organising a video camera and photo's for the afternoon so we all have a memorable experience.
Get in your groups and post after this topic. I understand it's expensive but you have 6 weeks to come up with the cash... which is 15 dollars a week each. I think that's affordable.
Also, you will be required to pay in full prior to the day. This is because if you don't turn up or you cancel late I still have to pay the fee for booking the venue. (Which is far from freaking cheap)
Plan for the day is:
12-12:30 pm - Meet (DO NOT BE LATE)
12:45 pm - Safety briefing
1pm - 3:30pm - Activities time (Oohh the secrets)
3:45 pm - I'm firing up the BBQ
4pm - 5pm - We make the guys happy and fill their stomachs
5pm - 5:30pm - Team4G Meeting incl. Direction, Updates, Leadership, etc.
5:30pm - We cruuuuuuuuuze or you go home. This will be completely on the spur of the moment. Me, I'm probably going to burn some cash at the crown on the blackjack tables. (Or I could be cruising and THEN going to Crown)
To those of you who wish to come from interstate, I suggest you saddle up and sort out some accomodation. I'll throw in a $5 per head discount for interstate members as a small incentive
