Hey guys,

Yesterday I went over to pick up my girlfriend and she came out the front to meet me, but then we decided to go inside quickly to grab something so I didn't bother locking the car as it was only going to take a minute.

I came back out, and there were two guys, about 18-19 years old about to open the doors on my car and carrying a massive bag! As soon as they saw us they walked away looking extremely dodgy!

I hopped in the car and followed them and asked them what the hell they were doing to their reply "I like VR4's bro, a VR4 is the first car I ever stole". At that point I felt like grabbing my fire entinguiser and breaking it over their heads.

We went to the cops and told them what happened and gave a description, but there was nothing they could do they said. Apparently I should have called 000 straight away.

I'm just nervous to take my car over there now, because it's pretty obvious they'll come back for a second go, especially after I had a go at them, I think maybe it added fuel to the fire.

Fuck I hate thieves

Well you can take the car over there and risk it, Sell the car and continue seeing your girl, or dump the girl and keep the car so you don't have to go back.

I know how you feel it's happened before with me and the old man, coming home down the back entry and 2 guys were on the back porch messing with the door. Ran like hell when they saw the car lights, had to reverse out, drive around the block, and we saw them run into this huge house that was being built, dark as hell, we went in but couldn't find them...damn bastards.

Years ago, dad come and woke me and my bro up saying someones at his car. It was an XD 351 back when that was a beast of a car to have. The car was parked out the front. We snuck out the back door, grabbed a shovel on the way, just as we got out the front the enginge went to turn over but didnt fire. My bro opened the door and the guy jumped out the otherside, i took of after him running full pelt and grabbed him just enough to steer him into a no standing sign post! He went dowm like a sack of shit. We kept him for a while and had some fun with him before letting him go. There was no need to call the cops.

Hey Mat have some fun 8) The cops cant do shit because they dont have any evidence or anything to charge them with even if they had a photo id and an address of them

Payback # 1: Go and park the car there again and remove the ignitor. Leave the car unlocked and watch from a distance with some mates, or have a couple waiting in a parked car nearby. When the phuckers gain entry into your car storm them from each direction. I dont think they'd want to touch your car again after that

Payback # 2: Or if you're out shopping one day and recognise one of the guys, keep your distance and follow him home. Now that you know where he lives your options are endless

anti theft device: take one HV Ignition coil, switch, 1 seat cover, mounting bracket, .5M of Ignition Lead few meters of speaker wire, and a small metal plate.

first attach the ignition lead to the metal plate

mount the ignition coil under drives seat

wire up the ignition coil using the speaker wire, to one of 2 of the cars actuall ignition coils Via switch

now place the metal plate/ignition lead on top of drivers seat, then install seat cover on top, passing the ignition lead through the crack on the rear of the seat.

plug the ignition lead into the ignition coil

and there you have it in a nut shell....

advise to have a camera in the car cause it will be the FUNNIEST thing you will ever see!....

remember to remove the seat cover/metal plate and to switch off the device or it would be a SHOCKING experience for you...... lol....

I like your style, but wouldnt the speaker wire heat up so much with that much current that it would melt and catch on fire?

dont think the Theif is that stupid enough to leave the car running while his in it lol!! but if we must, use 10G or 8G speaker wire....

dont worry one ZAP to the ball sack area and he will be out the car!! good ignition coils can create a spark over half an inch wide... so its fun to watch!!!

it sucks but there are lots of them out there

I was walking back to my lancer near boxhill station for a wedding, the guy saw me and kept walking so i turned around to follow and 2 cop cars come around the corner and nab 4 guys...lol

all right in front of me, they must go to this car park all the time the idiots

A kill switch is a good idea, or take a major fuse with you

agreed.. a kill switch is a very good idea... just dont put it in one of the usuall places like up under the steering column/dash or in the glovebox... under a seat can be a good one... just put it in the fuel pump line... no fuel pressure no go

^^^ +1

Well we think we know where the fat motherfucker lives now. We think he lives at a house at the end of my girlfriend's street. He must have been close by or watching to have gotten to the car so quickly. I had only left it for a few minutes. It is a dead end street too, so it's not as if people walk through it all the time.

I might have to pay him a visit.

I'm tempted to leave the car unlocked from now on. I'd rather they just opened the door rather than smashed the wndows, scratched the paint, etc.

I've had someone piss in a previous car the got broken into, I'd rather that not happen again!

I think my hockey stick around his knees might be a more satisfying option

my option would be to give him the prison treatment.

grab him keep him down yellow pages and a couple of mallets.

that way they cant prove u did it also :)
